Our Manifesto
To the creators of possibility
Imagine a world where you wake up, eager to put your mind and hands to work. Your still-sleepy mind is processing new solutions, and your body buzzes with anticipation for the day.
Now imagine that each of your colleagues arrives with this same contagious energy and shared purpose. You receive each other’s ideas with openness and optimism, and fearlessly share your own. Together, you and your team achieve extraordinary results.
Unfortunately, with workplace disengagement as high as it’s ever been, this idyllic vision feels far-fetched for most. Because even though we’ve made tremendous gains in everything from supply chain management to shareholder value, we seem to have forgotten the most important thing: our people. Modern work maximizes everything but human potential.
We believe there is a better way.
Novosensus: An organizational development company leveraging positive psychology to help people, teams, and companies thrive.
Whether it’s team development, leadership coaching, organizational design, or large-scale cultural transformation, we exist to help you see the world for its possibilities.
Our Values
We are pioneers.
We create new possibilities with our clients, thinking and acting with courage and conviction, especially in the face of conformity.

We are partners.
We champion our clients’ ambitions as if they were our own. We strive to make our clients feel safe so that they may be inspired to explore and try new things.
We are optimists.
We see and focus on possibilities, rather than problems or weaknesses.
We are truthtellers.
